Dave is married to Rachel and has two children, he has gained experience with various hotels and conference centres, he has also undertaken live demonstrations at various venues and has hosted Ready, Steady Cook Demonstrations with the Devere group.
Dave prides himself in winning CATS- most up and coming Cheshire Chef as part of National Skills Festival.
We can provide you with a buffet for your sepecial occasion, we can offer a set buffet can be tailored to your requirements. We will work with you as you plan and offer specialist advice to help your occasion go smoothly, contact us for our sample menu pack.

Cooking Masterclasses
Improve your cooking skills, and learn to cook like a CHEF. Join us for a Master Chef Class. Once you have cooked your meal sit down with a partner of your choice and enjoy your own creation. Why not use our Master Chef class for your Special Occasion - that special Birthday Present.
A full recipe will be provided for you to take home. Menus can be to your own requirements, or you could let us choose for you. All food provided included in the cost of the class. Price will be according to your chosen menu.

Dave is available to host your special occasion at home, whether is it a dinner party, barbeque or family celebration. he can be your own personal chef for the evening, saving you time shopping, preparing and cooking food.
Dave can prepare and cook your meal in your own home also saving on taxi fare, babysitters and spending on a meal that might disappoint you. see our sample menus which can be tailored to your own needs.
