Cooking Masterclasses

Starters

* Roasted Goats cheese, salad served with pickled beetroot and cherry tomato salsa with shallot vinaigrette Crispy Duck pancakes with a Hoi Sin sauce.
* Seared Scallops with egg, bacon spring onion and rocket salad with Sour cream dressing.

Main Course

* Baked salmon fillet topped with a fennel and lemon crust with a Mediterranean vegetable stew and parsley dressing.
* Sauteed supreme of chicken with creamed Savoy cabbage and bacon ragout, crispy Parma ham, served with sun dried tomato pesto.
* Classic Beef Bourguignon - tender pieces of locally produced beef with lardons of bacon, and roasted shallots in a rich red wine sauce.
